Machine down
Fastest route to a working machine
Call 1300 222 119 for anything genuinely urgent, that's always quickest. If it can wait until the next business day, or you'd rather send the detail in writing, use the form and it lands with our service coordinators straight away.
Safety first
If you can smell gas, see smoke, or there's water near electrical equipment, isolate the machine at the wall, clear the area and call us immediately on 1300 222 119. Do not attempt a repair yourself.
Priority response for plan customers
Sites on an Aqualogic Protection Plan are triaged first, at rates fixed for the term, with no surprise call-out pricing when something goes wrong.
Parts on the shelf, in Australia
$10+ Million of parts and equipment inventory held locally, covering Girbau, IPSO, Speed Queen, ADC, Wascomat, Pony and more. No waiting weeks on an overseas order for a common failure.
Guaranteed first-time fix
If we can't fix it on the first visit, the return call-out is free. That's the commitment, and it's why we check parts before we dispatch.
Nationwide coverage
Technicians across the eastern seaboard and beyond, allocated to service areas so the closest qualified person attends. Escalation to team leaders and subject matter experts is built in.
The process
What happens after you call
No black box. Here's exactly how a breakdown call moves through our service operation.
1. Log the call
Call 1300 222 119 or submit the form on this page. Every machine we maintain carries a quick-reference sticker with the number and job link on it, so whoever finds the fault can raise it in seconds.
2. Triage with a specialist
You go straight to our subject matter experts, not a call queue. A surprising number of faults are solved on the phone: error codes, drain blockages, door interlocks and out-of-balance loads.
3. Parts checked before dispatch
We pull your asset history and the fault symptoms, identify the likely parts, and confirm they're on the van before the technician leaves. That's what makes first-time fixes possible.
4. Attend and fix
The nearest available technician is dispatched from their service area. They arrive with your machine's history, complete the repair, test the cycle and hand the machine back working.
5. Documented and closed out
The visit, the fault, the parts and the outcome are recorded against the asset and pushed into your FM system. If a fault repeats, the next tech sees everything that came before.
First Five Fault Fixes
Try these before you log a call
Part of our operator training program. Five quick checks that solve a large share of the faults we get called out for, so your team can fix it in five or flick it to us.
Washer won't spin, linen comes out soaked
Check the load is balanced and not one heavy item, confirm the drain is clear and the machine has completed its drain step, then re-run a spin-only cycle before calling.
Washer won't fill or won't drain
Check the isolation valves are open and supply pressure is on, then check the drain hose and pump filter for lint, coins or fabric. Most fill and drain faults are upstream of the machine.
Water on the floor
Isolate the machine, look for an overflowing drain trench versus a machine leak, and check the door seal for trapped linen. Tell us which one it is when you call, it changes the parts we bring.
Noisy or vibrating badly
Stop the machine. Check for loose feet or a shifted plinth, and never keep running an out-of-balance machine, that's how bearings fail. Log the call.
Dryer not heating or drying slowly
Clean the lint filter and check the exhaust duct for build-up, confirm the gas is on and the flame has ignited. Restricted airflow is the single most common dryer fault we attend.

National service coverage
The largest laundry service team in Australia
Equipment is the easy part. What keeps a laundry running is a service network with the size, systems and parts depth to be there, whether you run one site or sixty across multiple states.
Service areas, not postcodes
Every site is allocated to a mapped service area with a named technician and a planned route, so attendance is scheduled rather than scrambled, metro, regional and multi-state.
One contract for all sites
A single national agreement covering every location and every brand, Girbau, IPSO, Speed Queen, ADC and more, with one invoice and no fragmented costs.
In-house technicians and installers
Our own licensed field team, install crew and operations management. No subcontractor lottery, no inconsistent standards between states.
$10+ Million inventory in stock
Extensive parts and equipment inventory is kept in stock to help support our customers across the country, so the first visit is far more likely to be the only visit.
24/7 hotline and priority escalation
Log a call any hour. Technicians escalate to team leaders, state service managers and subject-matter experts so hard faults don't stall.
FieldLogix live dashboard
Real-time fleet movement and technician tracking, with calls logged, planned, mapped, scheduled and closed out in one system.
Multi-brand service capability
One service partner for every laundry brand on site
Aqualogic is a laundry specialist first and a distributor second. That distinction matters when the machine that goes down on a Friday afternoon isn't one you bought from us.
Over five decades we have built a technician base trained across the full spectrum of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, European, American and Asian platforms, soft-mount and hard-mount washers, gas and electric dryers, flatwork ironers, garment finishing lines, tunnel systems and payment hardware. Very few sites in Australia run a single brand. Most are a decade of purchasing decisions layered on top of each other, and every one of those machines still has to run tomorrow morning.
So we don't ask you to hold three service contracts. One agreement covers the whole fleet: factory-trained diagnostics, genuine and equivalent parts sourcing, electrical and plumbing works, compliance documentation, and asset-level reporting against every serial number on site. Whether it's a Speed Queen stack in a shared-living block, a Miele barrier washer in an aged-care facility, or a Milnor tunnel in a central plant, it sits on the same schedule, the same dashboard and the same SLA.
Plus many more, if it washes, dries, irons or folds, we can almost certainly service it. Send us a machine list or a few photos of the data plates and we'll confirm coverage before you commit to anything.
Factory-trained across brands
Our technicians hold manufacturer training across multiple brands and platforms, so a mixed-brand site doesn't need three different service contractors.
Legacy and inherited fleets
Took over a site with older machines? We service ageing and out-of-warranty equipment, advise on what's worth repairing, and plan staged replacement.
Parts Sourcing
Massive inventories in stock, plus established supply lines into European, US and Asian manufacturers for the parts we don't carry.
Controls, electrics and plumbing
Licensed electrical and plumbing capability, PLC and control board diagnostics, inverter and motor faults, water, steam and gas connections.
Compliance and reporting
Test and tag, gas and electrical compliance, thermal disinfection validation for healthcare and aged care, plus asset condition reporting per serial number.
One agreement, every brand
A single national contract, one invoice and consistent SLAs across every site and every make of machine in your portfolio.
Equipment we service
If it washes, dries, irons or folds
Four equipment families, one service team. If you're not sure whether a machine on your site is covered, send us the make and model and we'll confirm.

Questions
Urgent repair FAQs
How quickly can you get a technician on site?
It depends on your location and whether your site is on a plan. Plan customers are prioritised and we work to agreed response targets. For everyone else we dispatch the nearest available qualified technician and give you an honest window when you call, not an optimistic one.
Do you repair equipment you didn't supply?
Yes. We service all major commercial laundry brands including Girbau, IPSO, Speed Queen, Huebsch, ADC, Electrolux, Wascomat, Miele, Dexter, Primus, Domus, Fagor, Maytag, Unimac and Schulthess.
What does an urgent call-out cost?
Plan customers pay the rates locked into their schedule for the term. For other sites we quote a call-out and hourly rate up front, plus parts, and we tell you before we proceed if the repair is likely to exceed the value of the machine.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Site address and contact, machine make, model and serial number, the error code on the display if there is one, and a short description of what the machine does and when. That one minute of detail often saves a return visit.
Can you help if the machine is beyond economical repair?
Yes. Our technicians report repair versus replace honestly, and if replacement makes more sense we'll get you loan or interim options where possible and quote the right machine for the load.
