Why plan it
Reactive laundries cost more than planned ones
Every unplanned breakdown carries three costs: the repair, the downtime, and the workaround your team invents to get linen out the door. Preventative maintenance moves that spend from unpredictable to budgeted.
Multiple suppliers, surprise invoices
Fragmented costs, hidden extras and no clear picture of what you're actually paying for. A plan puts every site, every brand and every visit on one contract with a fixed rate schedule.
Constant call-outs and firefighting
Reactive laundries burn hours. Planned servicing catches worn bearings, blocked lint paths, drifting calibration and failing seals before they take a machine offline mid-shift.
Compliance and audit exposure
Gas, electrical and lint compliance is documented on every visit, so when an auditor or insurer asks for a service history you send it, rather than reconstruct it.
What's included
Everything that goes into a plan
Inclusions, exclusions and scope are documented up front, so you know exactly what you're buying and exactly what sits outside it.
Scheduled service visits
Visit frequency is set to your machine load, not a generic calendar. Visits are logged, planned, mapped, scheduled and closed out, with your site contact notified before the tech arrives.
- Full mechanical, electrical and gas inspection
- Drum, bearing, seal, belt and hose checks
- Lint path and exhaust clearing on dryers
- Chemical dosing and cycle calibration
Machine performance tuning
Every visit re-checks the settings that quietly cost you money: water levels, cycle times, G-force extraction, dryer temperatures and moisture retention.
- Program review against your linen types
- Water, gas and power consumption checks
- Extraction and dry-time optimisation
- Chemical usage sense-check with your supplier
Asset reporting and reviews
You get asset reports built for management, business development and portfolio managers, plus scheduled business reviews covering contract performance, spend, compliance and opportunities.
- Per-site and per-asset service history
- Repair versus replace recommendations
- Spend and compliance reporting
- Structured business review cadence

National service coverage
The largest laundry service team in Australia
Equipment is the easy part. What keeps a laundry running is a service network with the size, systems and parts depth to be there, whether you run one site or sixty across multiple states.
Service areas, not postcodes
Every site is allocated to a mapped service area with a named technician and a planned route, so attendance is scheduled rather than scrambled, metro, regional and multi-state.
One contract for all sites
A single national agreement covering every location and every brand, Girbau, IPSO, Speed Queen, ADC and more, with one invoice and no fragmented costs.
In-house technicians and installers
Our own licensed field team, install crew and operations management. No subcontractor lottery, no inconsistent standards between states.
$10+ Million inventory in stock
Extensive parts and equipment inventory is kept in stock to help support our customers across the country, so the first visit is far more likely to be the only visit.
24/7 hotline and priority escalation
Log a call any hour. Technicians escalate to team leaders, state service managers and subject-matter experts so hard faults don't stall.
FieldLogix live dashboard
Real-time fleet movement and technician tracking, with calls logged, planned, mapped, scheduled and closed out in one system.
Multi-brand service capability
One service partner for every laundry brand on site
Aqualogic is a laundry specialist first and a distributor second. That distinction matters when the machine that goes down on a Friday afternoon isn't one you bought from us.
Over five decades we have built a technician base trained across the full spectrum of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, European, American and Asian platforms, soft-mount and hard-mount washers, gas and electric dryers, flatwork ironers, garment finishing lines, tunnel systems and payment hardware. Very few sites in Australia run a single brand. Most are a decade of purchasing decisions layered on top of each other, and every one of those machines still has to run tomorrow morning.
So we don't ask you to hold three service contracts. One agreement covers the whole fleet: factory-trained diagnostics, genuine and equivalent parts sourcing, electrical and plumbing works, compliance documentation, and asset-level reporting against every serial number on site. Whether it's a Speed Queen stack in a shared-living block, a Miele barrier washer in an aged-care facility, or a Milnor tunnel in a central plant, it sits on the same schedule, the same dashboard and the same SLA.
Plus many more, if it washes, dries, irons or folds, we can almost certainly service it. Send us a machine list or a few photos of the data plates and we'll confirm coverage before you commit to anything.
Factory-trained across brands
Our technicians hold manufacturer training across multiple brands and platforms, so a mixed-brand site doesn't need three different service contractors.
Legacy and inherited fleets
Took over a site with older machines? We service ageing and out-of-warranty equipment, advise on what's worth repairing, and plan staged replacement.
Parts Sourcing
Massive inventories in stock, plus established supply lines into European, US and Asian manufacturers for the parts we don't carry.
Controls, electrics and plumbing
Licensed electrical and plumbing capability, PLC and control board diagnostics, inverter and motor faults, water, steam and gas connections.
Compliance and reporting
Test and tag, gas and electrical compliance, thermal disinfection validation for healthcare and aged care, plus asset condition reporting per serial number.
One agreement, every brand
A single national contract, one invoice and consistent SLAs across every site and every make of machine in your portfolio.
Equipment we service
If it washes, dries, irons or folds
Four equipment families, one service team. If you're not sure whether a machine on your site is covered, send us the make and model and we'll confirm.

Onboarding
Our seven-step rollout
Moving a national portfolio to a new laundry provider shouldn't be disruptive. This is the process we run on every multi-site transition.
1. Setup systems
Introduction and welcome, your account is created, and examples of reporting and communication are shared so everyone knows what to expect.
2. PM schedule
The preventative maintenance schedule is prepared for every site and asset, shared with your team, and implemented in our planning system.
3. Site audit
We survey every laundry, discuss how each site runs, observe the workflow, and recommend the visit frequency and scope that fits.
4. Brand standard
Every machine gets Aqualogic quick-reference stickers, a wall chart for operators, and QR codes that link straight to a job lodgement.
5. Initial PM
The first service visit records condition and serial number for every asset, and completes the initial maintenance to set the baseline.
6. Asset report
Any issues found are raised in a written asset report, and we review repair versus replace recommendations with you before any spend.
7. Business review
Scheduled reviews cover contract performance, spend and compliance, and we plan the next period's priorities and track progress against them.
Questions
Preventative maintenance FAQs
Do you only maintain equipment you supplied?
No. We maintain all major commercial laundry brands including Girbau, IPSO, Speed Queen, ADC, Electrolux, Miele, Dexter and more, and we can put every brand across every site on one contract.
How often should machines be serviced?
It depends on load. A busy aged care or hotel laundry running multiple cycles a day typically needs quarterly attention, while lighter sites are well covered twice a year. We set the frequency during the site audit rather than applying a blanket rule.
What happens if a machine breaks down between visits?
Plan customers get priority technician support and skip the queue straight to our subject matter experts. Breakdown attendance is covered under your rate schedule, with rates fixed for the term.
Can you work with our facilities management system?
Yes. We currently manage 67 FM management systems and can log, update and close jobs in yours, or provide our own scheduling and reporting if you'd prefer.
Do you cover multi-site portfolios?
That's most of what we do. One contract, one invoice, one point of contact, with hub-site attendance pricing and consolidated reporting across your whole portfolio.
