Alliance Laundry Systems is the manufacturer behind five badges you will find right across Australian laundries, Speed Queen, Huebsch, UniMac, IPSO and Primus. They share a lot of engineering, which is why one trained technician can work confidently across the lot.

Aqualogic is no longer an Alliance equipment reseller, and we are upfront about that. What we do is service. We repair these machines, carry the parts, run preventative maintenance programs on them and support operators who inherited a fleet with no backup. Nothing about the badge on the door changes the standard of service you get.

Machine down and linen piling up? Our technicians carry common Alliance wear parts on the van, so most faults are closed out on the first visit.

Spare parts supply

Is Aqualogic an Alliance Laundry Systems dealer?

No. Aqualogic is not an authorised Alliance Laundry Systems equipment reseller in Australia. We are an independent commercial laundry service company that repairs, maintains and supplies spare parts for Alliance built machines, including Speed Queen, Huebsch, UniMac, IPSO and Primus.

Can you still service my machine if you did not sell it?

Yes. Most of the Alliance equipment we look after was bought elsewhere. Our technicians are trained across these platforms and we hold parts for them, so where the machine came from makes no difference to the service you get.

Do you supply genuine Alliance spare parts?

We supply genuine and quality equivalent parts depending on availability and what makes sense for the age of the machine. Give us the model and serial number from the data plate and we will confirm the part, the price and the lead time before you commit.

How quickly can a technician attend?

We have technicians in every state and territory. Urgent breakdowns are triaged the same business day, and customers on a maintenance agreement get priority response.

What happens when a machine is past economic repair?

We tell you straight. You get the repair cost, the expected remaining life and a replacement option side by side, so the decision is based on numbers rather than a sales pitch.
