Design
Planned properly before anything is ordered
It is our team's passion, skills and experience that make any laundry project we manage so successful, and it starts with the design.
Equipment Specification & Supporting Scope of Works
We analyse your laundry needs and specify the most suitable machines for your requirements. We will provide you with a Scope of Works that outlines the project's details, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical specifications.
All Relevant Drawings & Renders
Aqualogic will provide you with all relevant CAD drawings, as well as 3D design renders of the laundry.
Liaise with Builders, Developers, Architects & Consultants
Our team will happily liaise with the necessary contacts and work with them to ensure that everyone is informed and the laundry project goes according to plan.
Pre-Installation Site Survey
Whether it's a brand new build or an existing site, we'll survey the site to ensure it has the correct utility fittings and drainage, before we install any machinery.
Equipment installation
Installed by our own team, not subcontractors
In-House Install Team
We have our own installation team, guaranteeing a high quality installation from a technician that is qualified, trained and experienced in commercial laundry.
Safety is Our Priority
We provide a host of safety measures for your laundry project, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), risk assessments and hot work permits.
Industry Expertise
Aqualogic was founded over 50 years ago and since then, has worked across hundreds of laundry projects, including aged care, student housing, laundromats and accommodation.
Commissioning & after sales support
We support you long after the equipment is installed
Our team love to go above and beyond for our clients. Our Commissioning and After Sales Support will look like:
- All machines tested and programmed
- Staff trained, with face-to-face training and our exclusive e-learning platform
- Ensure compliance is met through staff education
- Post installation success metrics
- Access to over-the-phone technical support
- Machines added to the Asset Register for reporting and optimisation
Case study
Aged care site saves money and gains control
Aqualogic worked with an aged care facility in Cessnock, NSW, to upgrade their central laundry. The purpose of the upgrade was to save money and gain control. They wanted to extend the capacity of the laundry so that they could wash their linen, as well as neighbouring facilities' linen, in-house instead of outsourcing.
The challenge
It was a unique project, spanning approximately 12 months. The building was considerably old, with limited space and utilities. Aqualogic worked with builders and engineers to oversee the removal of a wall to extend the size of the laundry space. We also added more water supply and increased the drainage. 100 amps was the maximum power source that we had to work with. In addition to this, the project had a tight budget. Our team was able to craft a solution of suitable machines that fit within all of these constraints, delivering an efficient laundry to our client.
The outcome
Once the machines were installed and programmed, we returned to site and trained their staff. We used both face-to-face and our exclusive eLearning training, familiarising the staff with the machines, as well as educating them on laundry best practices for a smooth running laundry.
