Is Aqualogic an IPSO dealer?
No. Aqualogic is not an authorised IPSO equipment reseller in Australia. We are an independent commercial laundry service company that repairs, maintains and supplies spare parts for IPSO machines, whoever sold them originally.
What does an IPSO error code mean?
Codes vary by control generation. Call us with the code showing on the display plus the model and serial from the data plate and we will tell you whether it is a reset, a sensor, or a parts job before we book a visit.
How quickly can a technician attend?
We have technicians in every state and territory. Urgent breakdowns are triaged the same business day, and sites on a maintenance agreement get priority response.
