Linen workflow
Your team learns the full cycle a linen item travels, and where each step delivers efficiency, compliance and quality. Once operators can see the whole flow, they stop optimising one station at the expense of the next.
A laundry with the most innovative equipment on the market still depends on the person standing in front of it. Training is where the wins come from: fewer rewashes, less chemical, less energy, longer linen life and a result your customers notice.
Aqualogic has built laundry education across every platform and learning style, so improvement is continual rather than a one-off day on site.
Trusted by Australia's busiest laundries
Leading Australian businesses in accommodation and care environments trust Aqualogic to keep their laundries running.

Education outcomes
Three things separate a laundry that runs well from one that limps. Every program we deliver covers all three.
Your team learns the full cycle a linen item travels, and where each step delivers efficiency, compliance and quality. Once operators can see the whole flow, they stop optimising one station at the expense of the next.
Knowing the right procedure means operators work efficiently, safely and get the optimum wash result. It also makes your laundry auditable, because the process is the same on every shift.
Commercial equipment has extensive programming options for every load type. Staff learn which program to use when, how to load correctly, and how to read what the machine is telling them.
The linen workflow
The workflow is how a laundry actually works, from the moment linen is collected to the moment it is back in use. Each step either protects the next one or creates work for it.
Once your team can see the whole cycle, the fixes become obvious. Sorting properly makes washing simpler. Washing properly makes drying and finishing faster. Getting the finish right stops linen coming back.
Book a workflow review
Soiled linen is bagged and separated at the point of use, so nothing cross-contaminates on the way to the laundry.
Dedicated soiled trolleys move linen along a set path that never crosses the clean route.
Sort by fabric, soil level and colour before anything is weighed, because the sort decides the program.
Correct load weight, correct program and correct chemical dosing, every time, with thermal disinfection where it is required.
Dry to the right residual moisture for the next step, not bone dry, which saves energy and protects linen.
Iron, fold and press while linen still holds some moisture, so the finish is right on the first pass.
Clean linen is packed and moved on clean trolleys, covered and separated from soiled flows.
Stored and presented so stock rotates, and losses and damage are logged back into the cycle.
How we deliver it
Complimentary on-site operator training with every Aqualogic equipment purchase, delivered on your machines in your laundry.
Laundrylogic, our exclusive eLearning program, free of charge to Aqualogic customers and available to staff any time.
Whatever your education needs, we build a package around your sites, your procedures and your team.

Face to face
Every equipment purchase includes complimentary operator training on site. It familiarises staff with the new buttons and programming, and doubles as a refresher on laundry best practice.
Laundrylogic eLearning
Laundrylogic takes the user through a day in the life of a linen item, covering the linen workflow and illustrating efficient, effective process in line with AS/NZS 4146 laundry practice.
The content is interactive and built around how people actually learn. Knowledge checkpoints through the course test what has just been covered, reinforcing it and keeping staff engaged. Participants scoring 80 percent or above receive a Certificate of Completion.
To enrol, send us a list of users with full name, email, company and site name, and we will set each person up.

Continual improvement
Education is not a nice to have. It is the cheapest performance upgrade available to a commercial laundry, and it compounds every shift.
Correct sorting, load weight and program selection cut rewash rates, which is the fastest throughput gain available in most laundries. Nothing costs a shift more than washing the same linen twice.
Full loads, the right cycle and accurate dosing use less of everything per kilo processed. Trained operators typically stop overdosing chemicals and stop overdrying, which are the two most common hidden costs.
Clean and soiled separation, disinfection temperatures and documented procedure, aligned to AS/NZS 4146, with completion certificates you can put in front of an auditor.
Overloading, overdrying and wrong chemistry destroy linen faster than any machine. Correct practice stretches linen replacement cycles, which is often a bigger line item than the equipment.
Casual and rotating teams get up to standard quickly instead of learning by guesswork from whoever is on shift, so quality does not swing between rosters.
Correct manual handling, loading heights and machine procedures reduce strains and incidents, which protects both your team and your lost-time record.
The improvement loop
Training is one part of a cycle we run with customers, so gains hold instead of fading out three months after the install.
We walk the site, watch the real process and measure what is happening now, from load weights to rewash rates.
Face to face on your machines, backed by Laundrylogic online so every operator gets the same standard.
Wall charts, QR-linked documents and a national service team, so the right answer is always within reach on the floor.
Bi-annual business reviews look at results, outstanding works and the next improvement to make.

Customised training
We would be delighted to build a custom education package for you and your staff. On site, by video call or as online modules, using your linen, your chemicals, your machine mix and your own procedures.
Resources on site
Wall charts carry a QR code that opens the how-to guides for your exact machines, so staff never hunt for a manual.
Laundrylogic stays available, so a new starter can be brought to standard without waiting for a site visit.
Operating instructions and programming guides for everything we supply, sent through on request.

Most operators finish in a single sitting of under an hour. The course is broken into short modules with knowledge checkpoints, so staff can stop and pick it up again between shifts without losing progress.
Yes. Participants who score 80 percent or above receive a Certificate of Completion, which many sites keep on file as evidence of operator competency for audits and accreditation.
Yes. The content follows the principles of AS/NZS 4146 laundry practice, covering clean and soiled separation, thermal and chemical disinfection, load handling and record keeping, which is exactly what aged care, healthcare and hospitality auditors look for.
Yes. Best practice is best practice regardless of the badge on the machine. We service more than 50 brands, so our trainers are comfortable on almost anything installed in an Australian laundry.
A trainer runs your team through the new machines on site, covering start up, program selection, loading, chemical dosing, cleaning and daily checks. We leave wall charts behind with the key reminders and a QR code that opens the relevant how-to documents.
We suggest a refresher whenever you have staff turnover, at least annually for sites with casual or rotating teams, and any time you change machines, chemicals or linen. Online refreshers make this simple because nobody has to leave the floor.
Yes. We build custom packages around your linen, your chemicals, your machine mix and your own site procedures, delivered on site, by video call or as online modules.
Correct sorting, correct load size, correct program and correct dosing are the four things that decide rewash rates, linen life, energy use and throughput. Getting those right is usually worth more per year than the machines themselves.
Yes. Operator training is scheduled as part of the commissioning visit, and we can return for a second session once the team has had a few weeks on the new equipment.
