Questions

Primus service, answered

Is Aqualogic a Primus dealer?

No. Aqualogic is not an authorised Primus equipment reseller in Australia. We are an independent commercial laundry service company that repairs, maintains and supplies spare parts for Primus machines, whoever sold them originally.

Can you service Primus flatwork ironers?

Yes. We service ironers as well as washers and dryers, including padding and belt replacement, temperature calibration and finish quality troubleshooting.

How quickly can a technician attend?

We have technicians in every state and territory. Urgent breakdowns are triaged the same business day, and sites on a maintenance agreement get priority response.

Repair or replace

A straight answer, not a sales pitch

For flatwork replacement we supply Girbau PB Series ironers and GMP feeders and folders, sized to your linen volume.
