Common faults

Schulthess problems we fix every week

If you recognise any of these, call us before the machine takes the rest of the week down with it.

Control and display faults on older electronic panels
Drain valve and pump failures
Bearing and seal wear
Dryer heating and airflow faults

Schulthess spare parts

Schulthess parts are sourced to order and availability varies by model age. We will tell you upfront if a component is no longer supported so you are not paying for a diagnosis that leads nowhere.

Questions

Schulthess service, answered

Is Aqualogic a Schulthess dealer?

No. Aqualogic is not an authorised Schulthess equipment reseller in Australia. We are an independent commercial laundry service company that repairs, maintains and supplies spare parts for Schulthess machines, whoever sold them originally.

Can you still get parts for older Schulthess machines?

For many models yes, but not all. We check availability before we book the visit, and where a part is obsolete we will map out a staged replacement rather than a single large spend.

How quickly can a technician attend?

We have technicians in every state and territory. Urgent breakdowns are triaged the same business day, and sites on a maintenance agreement get priority response.

Repair or replace

A straight answer, not a sales pitch

When parts availability becomes the limiting factor, we will map out a staged replacement rather than a single large spend.
