Spotting tables, vacuum finishing tables, presses and form finishers.
The full Pony range from Italy, proven in Australian laundries.
A pressed finish on everything an ironer cannot take.

Pony S.p.A. has been building steam finishing equipment in Inzago, Italy since 1958, and is the reference brand for dry cleaners, uniform operations, hotels and aged care laundries worldwide. The range is deliberately modular: start with a boiler and hand iron, add a vacuum table, then move to a press or form finisher as volume grows, without ever changing supplier or service partner.

Vacuum holds and dries the garment; blowing supports delicate and lined items.
A finished garment in under a minute, with no pressing skill required.
From boiler-and-iron to tensioning finisher, add machines as volume grows.
Pedal control, reversible functions and height-adjustable boards all shift.
In-house technicians nationwide and Australia's largest spare parts holding.

Tables, presses and form finishers turn garments around fast, without skilled pressers.
Dry cleaner quality in house for guest shirts, uniforms and housekeeping linen.
Compact boiler sets and folding tables suit small laundry rooms and tight budgets.
Form finishers give identical results across thousands of garments every shift.
Colmac steam tunnel finishers, from the compact SkinnyMac to mid-size tunnels, finish hung garments and workwear in a continuous line.

Garment finishing covers everything an ironer cannot do: shirts, jackets, trousers, uniforms and specialty pieces. The Pony range includes spotting tables to remove marks, vacuum finishing tables for hand pressing, utility presses for volume work, and form finishers that finish a garment on a steam-air dummy in under a minute.
A vacuum finishing table holds the garment flat on a heated board while a skilled operator presses it by hand. A form finisher dresses the garment on a dummy and finishes it with steam and hot air automatically, no pressing skill required, at under a minute per piece. Tables suit mixed and delicate work; form finishers suit volume.
A compact boiler and hand iron set like the Pony Baby starts in the low thousands, vacuum finishing tables sit in the mid range, and utility presses and tensioning form finishers are quoted on configuration. Boiler size, three phase power and installation all move the final figure.
Start with your daily piece count. Under roughly 50 garments a day, a Baby boiler with a hand iron or an Omega vacuum table is usually enough. From 50 to 200 pieces, a full vacuum table like the FVC or Genus S with blowing pays for itself in labour. Above that, a BP/U press or MG form finisher turns pressing into loading.
A spotting table is the front end of the finishing room, where stains and marks come out before the garment is ever pressed. The Pony Jolly combines two spotting guns, a steam gun and a vacuum board, so operators can treat, dry and inspect a garment in one place.
Compact units like the Baby boiler run on single phase and plug straight in. Larger vacuum tables, presses and form finishers generally need three phase power and a steam supply from their built-in or matched boiler. We check your power and drainage on a free site visit before quoting.
No, when the cycle is programmed correctly. Steam relaxes the fibres and warm air dries the garment under controlled tension, which is gentler than a hot hand iron on delicate fabrics. Tensioning models like the Formplus S pull the garment true in both directions for a pressed result without contact heat.
Yes. Aqualogic supplies, installs and commissions the full Pony range nationwide, trains your operators, and backs every machine with preventative maintenance programs, 24/7 urgent repairs and Australia's largest in-house spare parts holding for the brands we supply.
Dry cleaners, hotels, aged care and retirement villages, uniform and corporate wear suppliers, hospitals and commercial laundries. Anywhere shirts, jackets, trousers or uniforms need to look pressed and professional at volume, a finishing table, press or form finisher replaces hand ironing.
A typical steam-air form finishing cycle runs under 60 seconds per garment, including dressing and undressing the dummy. That pace turns what was a skilled, slow hand pressing job into a consistent loading job any operator can run.
