Aquafall wash action
Water is recirculated through perforated drum blades to create a cascade flow. You get a stronger wash action at a lower water level, so cycles are shorter and water use drops.

The RMS and RMG Series are Girbau's hard mount washer extractors, built for operators who want proven European engineering at a sharp price. Available from 10kg to 30kg, with RMG models extracting at a full 200G to cut drying time, and RMS models at 108G to 154G. Rugged, simple to run and virtually maintenance free.

Series 6 machines are designed around three things that matter in a working laundry: durability, low running cost and gentle linen handling. Every model is built in Europe with AISI 304L stainless drums and inverter drive as standard.
Water is recirculated through perforated drum blades to create a cascade flow. You get a stronger wash action at a lower water level, so cycles are shorter and water use drops.
Hot and cold water are blended to hit the programmed temperature precisely at the programmed level, saving energy and trimming time off every cycle.
Water and chemical dosing are adjusted proportionally to the weight of the load, so a part load no longer costs the same in water, energy and chemicals as a full one.
Girbau's own control link between inverter, motor and microprocessor balances the whole assembly, controls imbalance and keeps noise below 70 dB while reducing component fatigue.
Drum perforations are stamped without sharp edges, so linen is treated gently, water clears faster during extract and fabric life is extended.
The machine only runs once both closed and locked door states are validated, and the dual status is rechecked on every cycle.
Hard mount
RMG models reach 200G extract, while RMS models run 108G to 154G depending on size. Hard mount machines bolt to a 200mm plinth on a firm floor, which keeps the cost of the machine down and the extract force high.

Daily use
Drum diameter and depth are proportioned to make loading and unloading easier, with a wide opening and rounded outer casing to reduce knocks in a busy room.
Controls
Choose the control that matches the site. On premise laundries run Logi Pro or Logi control, while vended and coin sites use Profit Plus or Coin control with pricing by program and time band.
Services
RMS and RMG machines are available with electric heating, steam heating or no heating at all where you already have a hot water supply. We confirm the right configuration against the services available at your site.

If your floor can take a hard mount machine, the RMG Series gives you 200G extract, low water and chemical use and a long service life without the premium of a soft mount installation. It is the workhorse choice for aged care, accommodation and vended sites across Australia.
Make an EnquiryThey share the same body and features. The difference is extract speed. RMG models spin at a full 200G across 13kg to 28kg, while RMS models run between 108G and 154G depending on capacity. Higher extract means less water left in the linen, so drying is faster and cheaper.
From 10kg up to 28kg at the 1:10 fill factor, or 11kg to 30.5kg at 1:9. Most aged care and accommodation sites land on the 13kg, 17kg or 23kg models, often paired with a matching Girbau ED Series dryer.
Yes. These are hard mount machines, so they need to be anchored to a concrete base on a firm floor to run quietly and without vibration. If your site cannot take that, look at the soft mount GS Series instead, which is freestanding.
The control adjusts water level and dosing time in proportion to the load weight. A quarter load uses around a third of the water and chemical a full load would, instead of the same amount every cycle. Over a year on a part loaded machine the saving is significant.
Yes. With Profit Plus or Coin control you can set prices by program, extra option and time band, and take payment by token, coin or a cashless vending system. We can integrate cashless payment at the same time as installation.
Electric, steam, or no heating where you already supply hot water. We check the electrical supply, gas or steam availability and hot water capacity at your site and recommend the configuration that runs cheapest for you.
Yes. The controls allow full programming of temperature, hold time and chemical injection, so you can run thermal disinfection cycles in line with AS/NZS 4146. The stainless drum is also compatible with ozone based processes.
Aqualogic is a Girbau supplier with factory trained technicians and one of Australia's largest commercial laundry parts holdings. We install, commission, train your staff and cover the machines with preventative maintenance agreements Australia wide.
