What capacities are available?
The GS range runs from 9kg through to 110kg. Most on-premise laundries land between 13kg and 32kg, while commercial laundries and central plants typically pair 40kg to 110kg machines with tunnel or barrier lines.
What makes the 450 G-force unique?
Most commercial washers extract at 200G. A constant 450G removes around 8 percent more water before drying begins, which cuts drying time by roughly 10 percent and reduces gas or electricity spend on every load. Drying is the biggest energy cost in a laundry, so the saving compounds fast.
Do I need a reinforced concrete foundation?
No. Genius washers are soft-mount and freestanding, so there is no bolt-down requirement and no 200mm reinforced plinth. That makes them viable above ground level and much cheaper to install than hard-mount alternatives.
What is Sapphire remote management?
Sapphire is Girbau's cloud platform. It reports production and loading efficiency, sends alarm notifications, verifies thermal disinfection for compliance, and lets you or your chemical partner reprogram machines without a site visit.
