Built for aged care homes, hotels and growing on-premise laundries stepping up from smaller soft-mount machines
Save labour
E-P Plus and MilTouch controls guide staff through each formula and show the current step and time remaining. Tall drum ribs, a generous perforated area and precise drum speeds give strong mechanical action, so linen comes out clean the first time.
Save on linen replacement
Linen is a laundry's second biggest cost. Chemicals enter at the rear of the machine and are diluted into the sump before they reach the load, and the roomy drum lets linen open up and rinse fully, so there are fewer rewashes and less wear.
Save energy
A frequency inverter drive brings the motor up to full extraction smoothly, cutting peak current draw compared with multi-speed motors. Larger drum perforations improve washing, rinsing and water removal, which shortens drying time.
Save water
RinSave is standard on every MWF washer. It spins the drum to a set G-force after a wash step to throw out used water, chemical and soil, saving up to two rinses per load. Separate hot, cold and chemical-dilution inlets fill accurately without overshoot.
Lower total cost of ownership
A dynamically tuned four-point suspension with SmoothCoil fabric and rubber coils isolates vibration, so extraction is smooth and components last longer. It all adds up to savings for years after the purchase.
Work smarter
With the optional weigh cell and electronic flow meter on MilTouch models, the machine weighs each load and delivers matching water and chemical, so part loads never use full-load amounts.
Installation made simpler
Suspended frame allows above-ground installation
No deep foundation or pit required
Heavy-gauge steel frame
SmoothCoil spring suspension
RinSave as standard
Up to two fewer rinses per load means less water, shorter cycles and more loads through the laundry every hour.
Bearings built to stay aligned
Tapered roller bearings spread the load over a large contact area. Front and rear bearings sit in one housing, so they can't drift out of line, and the pressed-on drum doesn't need replacing when bearings are changed.
Long machine life
Rugged by design, tested to the limit
1,000+ hrs
L10 life testing
Every Milnor design is run for at least 1,000 consecutive hours at high extraction while out of balance.
4-point
Tuned suspension
SmoothCoil suspension keeps vibration isolated for smooth extraction and less wear.

Options
Options to suit your laundry
Weigh cell with electronic flow meter
Available with MilTouch controls. The machine weighs each load and meters water to match, so light loads don't use full-load water and chemical.
RinSave water saver, standard
Included on every MWF washer with E-P Plus or MilTouch. Saves up to two rinses per load.
