This popular holiday park, based in the Port Stephens area, came to us with a questionable coin operation set up and only half of their laundry equipment operational. Needless to say, their customers were unimpressed, and the park operators were frustrated. Camron Anderson, Senior Account manager, highlighted the health and safety risks of their existing coin system. Specifically, there was no container holding the coins inside the box to separate the coins from the operating system, with the coins sitting on top of live electrical wires.
Camron also recommended they review the current NSW holiday park legislation and whether they had enough laundry machines to meet the requirements. As it turned out, they needed an extra washer to meet compliance.
Aqualogic replaced the entire laundry, including decommissioning the unsafe coin operating system. The 4 domestic washing machines were replaced with 5 Coin Operated IPSO CW10Cs, and 1 stack dryer and 2 single dryers were replaced with two IPSO Coin Operated CDS10GCs Stack Dryers. They are so pleased with their new laundry and so are their customers!
