The Switch provides modern shared accommodation that caters to both students and young professionals. There are four brand new Switch building developments, including Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, totalling 1,721 beds. So far Adelaide and Perth have opened, with Sydney and Melbourne to open by early 2023. Aqualogic were approached by the group to supply and install small commercial washers and dryers for their onsite laundries for the residents to use in a shared laundry setting. At the Perth site we installed 8 IPSO stacked washer-dryers, as well as 1 x IPSO CW10 9.5kg Front Load Washer and 1 x IPSO 8.2kg CD10 dryer. Aqualogic were able to successfully work around restrictive covid border closures and deliver and install the machines as planned.
