That’s why we support you every step of the way through the linen cycle, helping your laundry achieve efficiency, compliance and quality.
What this means is that rather selling you any old machine, we’ll have a conversation with you to find out what your business needs are and what you would like to achieve with your new equipment. Your dedicated Account Manager will visit your site, making an assessment of your laundry and gaining the bigger picture of the overall laundry operation. This allows our team to develop a laundry solution that will not only achieve the desired outcomes but is suited to your specific business needs.
We’ll let you know what connections you may need to be installed before the machine is to be installed, such as power, gas and water connections. Measurements will be taken to ensure that the machine will fit.
On most occasions, Aqualogic will personally deliver the machine to your site, as soon as practically possible. If a machine is being replaced, the installer will remove it and send it off to be recycled.
The installer will confirm the location the new machine is to go and start working on either bolting the machine into the floor, or installing the plinth it is to sit on. The machine will be connected to services and be given an Electrical Inspection. For machines that use gas as a heat source, the plumber will be engaged to connect the gas. The machine will be commissioned. This requires turning on the machine, running a test cycle, and verifying that everything is working safely and as it should be.
Your account manager will arrange a time with you to conduct training for operating the new machine. We’ll send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure you are happy with your new machine and its installation. 30 days after installation, your account manager will visit you to see how everything is going.
