COLLECTION AND USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
As a part of your use of a credit card to purchase a product or to pay for repair services, Aqualogic will collect credit card information. Aqualogic may need to provide this information to a third party service provider in order to process your payment. Any third parties that are granted access to your credit card information will only be granted such access to the extent needed to perform their functions.
Aqualogic does not store credit card information and will delete credit card information collected by Aqualogic as soon as practicable after your payment has been processed.
