Inline with the latest public health orders and additional restrictions for Greater Sydney announced on 17th July, Aqualogic remains here to help our customers over the next few weeks.
Although the increased restrictions impact some of our capabilities in the Greater Sydney area, Aqualogic remains fully operational in Regional NSW and throughout QLD. We want to reassure you that we are here and ready to help in any way we can.
We are currently unable to perform Preventative Maintenance in Greater Sydney, however, we have made some adjustments to ensure we can continue to support your business in other ways:
- Our Service Technician Team will be attending breakdown & repair service calls
- Replacement equipment & critical spare parts will continue to be delivered & installed
- Technical support is available over the phone, to help address any challenges
- Account Managers will be able to assist you with any queries on new machines
- Our Customer Experience team will help you with any other laundry needs
Outside Greater Sydney
Aqualogic has several Service Technicians located in NSW regional areas who are unaffected by Covid restrictions. This means we can continue to support our customers outside of Greater Sydney with Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services as per usual.
As the guidelines from NSW Health change, we will continue to adjust our approach to meet our customers’ needs, inline with the public health order updates.
