We are fully operational
We want to reassure you that we are here and we are ready to help our customers in anyway we can. Our sales, service and warehouse operations are open, supporting and servicing our customers as usual. Our staff are working with revised Contactless Field Service Protocols to support our customers. Please feel free to book an emergency service with confidence.
Our stock levels are in good shape
We are well stocked with essential laundry equipment & spare parts, we also have more on the way. Our suppliers remain operational and are continuing to work toward fulfilling our orders. However to minimise the impact of any unforeseen interruptions to our supply, it is our recommendation to communicate your equipment needs early (where possible) to ensure availability.
Next Steps
In line with various health and government recommendations, we have adopted additional protocols in relation to attending our customer sites. We’re providing a vital service to people everywhere, especially to those, like the elderly, who are most vulnerable.
