King Edge Vac CT cornerless flatwork feeder has all the advantages of the original Edge with several added speed and convenience features. Its cornerless “two target” loading system, auto-lift operation, and built-in small piece bypass conveyor make the King a versatile performer for a wide variety of laundry applications. This flatwork feeder is perfect for laundries that process both large quantities of king / queen size sheets and small pieces of linen throughout the day.
King Edge Vac is an upgraded model of the King Edge flatwork feeder. Its linen feeding system uses a vacuum chamber for a laydown method that results in world class finished linen. It boasts high volume and labour savings of cornerless feeding, and it includes a manual feeding bypass for small and cellaneous items that don’t need to be automatically spread. These features have made the King Edge the industry’s leading spreader / feeder.
Extra wide 136” (3450mm) models are also available for processing California kings, banquet cloths or other oversized items.
Linen is fed into the King Edge flatwork feeder and automatically spread. Then Chicago’s exclusive baffled air foil laydown system provides a neatly spread piece ready for presentation into the flatwork ironer.
